‘Key information document’ for agency workers: guidance for employment businesses

AGENCIES WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO PREPARE FOR THE NEW “KID” IN TOWNEmployment Agency Standards Inspectorate (EASI) are introducing “KID” Key Information Document which must be issued to all workers not just employees which are engaged. This legislation is part of the ‘Good Work Plan’ and there is a specific timetable by which key information has to be provided to each worker/employee and the format in which it must be presented.If using Umbrella companies you need to state what the worker/employee can expect to take home and the margin charged. You will need to work closely with your Umbrella companies to ensure the correct information is given in a timely manner.
