Do we need to sign a contract with Pendragon Global?
Yes, your business will need to sign T’s & C’s in order for us to act as your Agent.
How does it work?
PG acting as your international agent- can either invoice your clients on your behalf in local currency, or your company continue to invoice your clients directly, but will provide PG’s invoicing agent account details (Please note in this circumstance PG are the owners of the invoice.) As your agent PG are able to secureworld beating currency rates for your transaction, not available to businesses on the open market.
What rates can we get?
We will guarantee to beat any genuine rate of exchange evidenced and can set the rate for up to 2 hours in advance.(*subject to agreement)
How do we collect the funds?
- An invoice is issued
- Your client pays the invoice using PG’s international agent account secured by Cloudcurrency in local currency
- As your agent PG will transfer the funds to the nominated UK business account at the preferential agreed rate of exchange in GBP
- Transactions typically complete within 48 hours.( *subject to completed AML checks and all information provided upon request)

Can my family use this service to exchange holiday money?
No, this service is only open to businesses not consumers and is subject to strict minimum amounts*. (Single transaction minimum c£20,000*).
Are there any fees for the service?
There is a fixed fee per transaction of £65 plus VAT
Are my funds paid into a ring fenced client account?
Yes
Can my business send funds to any UK business account?
Yes, but it must be in the name of the business that has undergone AML due diligence.
